My friend GerCollector's Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster is getting upgrades at Novitec, and it's my job to deliver it! Firstly, my McLaren Senna is dropped off in the GerCollection where it will be staying for the time being, and the next stop on my transport route is to bring the SVJ to Novitec where it will be getting some upgrades. Stay tuned for more!
Having brought my McLaren Senna over to Germany in a rented trailer behind the AMG G63, it's already had some laps at the Nurburgring and now the next leg has brought me onwards to visit my friend GerCollector. As ever the garage is looking fantastic and filled with incredible cars, but for the time being the two Sennas will be living side by side; as mine will be staying ahead of some fun next month so it is borrowing the space from GerCollector's P1 which is away.
With some plans already made for GerCollector's Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster to be heading to Novitec, the timing fits perfectly for me to continue my transport job and load it up in the trailer to take the G63 onwards. The exact plans will have to remain a mystery for the time being, but I'm excited to find out what direction the SVJ is going to be taking and hopefully return to visit it before too long!
While loading up the SVJ, we are also briefly joined by Daniel Abt who came to visit the GerCollection too! However, the loading process is still new to me and discovering the difference from car to car; for example forwards or backwards, and how best to strap everything down. The heat of the day is also not a particularly great help when dealing with straps and getting everything done perfectly correctly.
On arrival at Novitec, we are also greeted by a number of other cars including their McLaren GT package which has just been launched! It consists of a power upgrade to 707hp and 718Nm, plus a number of exterior carbon parts, new wheels, lower ride height and of course an exhaust system - there will be more to come with this soon.
GerCollector has also started a GRpost channel! You can follow here:
